Pinecreek Capital is a licensed Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) whose mission is to provide long-term, patient capital for management buyouts, recapitalizations and for expansion financings of smaller, later-stage businesses. We invest in private companies that have the potential to grow rapidly and appreciate in value. Our first Fund, with approximately $50 million under management, is no longer investing in new deals.
Fund II, with $120 million under management, is currently in the formation stages. We expect Fund II to receive its SBIC license and begin investing in the 3rd quarter 2005.
