Pinecreek Capital makes non-control investments in middle market companies located in the Western United States. Pinecreek Capital targets the lower range of the middle market, which includes companies with revenues between $15 million and $75 million. Our philosophy is to build long-term relationships with entrepreneurial manager/owners and create substantial investment value over time.

The experienced professionals at Pinecreek Capital have developed a reputation for being successful investors by maintaining the following points of distinction:

  • We take a long-term approach towards each investment and are willing to contribute whatever resources are necessary to make the Portfolio Company successful.

  • A rapid response to a company's request is of paramount importance.

  • We directly invest our capital and do not act as an agent or intermediary, and as such, the Portfolio Company is always dealing directly with the decision-makers.

  • We will make an initial investment as small as $2 million and welcome follow-on financing.
